The Academy of Health has been recognized as a particularly good employer in the regional competition “Best Employers in Berlin-Brandenburg 2024” by Great Place to Work® .
“The award stands for credible management that works fairly and respectfully with employees, for a high level of employee identification and for a strong team spirit within the company,” said Andreas Schubert, Managing Director at Great Place to Work® Germany, at the awards ceremony.

The international research and consulting institute's "Great Place to Work® Certified" certification program stands for a special commitment to shaping the workplace culture and is awarded according to a secure procedure. Components include independent, anonymous feedback from employees and the analysis of HR measures and programs.
