The first training course for midwives and obstetric nurses started at the Academy of Health - Eberswalde Campus on November 1st, 2017. Three years later, 12 former participants are now proudly holding their de-registration certificates in their hands.
For many years there has been no midwife training in the north of Brandenburg and so, in view of the increasing number of births, the member and cooperation houses are grateful that the state-certified midwives have now completed their training. Given that the number of infections due to COVID-19 is steadily increasing, all official de-registration ceremonies have unfortunately been cancelled. Nevertheless, the Academy of Health Berlin/Brandenburg eV is very proud of the first graduate course and wishes them all the best for their professional future.
