“Learning is the anticipation of itself!”

– Peter Sloterdijk –

The AdG Institute for Social Teaching and Learning aims to train teachers from the LOS and LOP (Long-term Learning) to support learners in developing social, communicative, and reflective skills as key components of professional competence and lifelong learning. Furthermore, the institute qualifies learners as learner peers to support other learners in their learning processes and promote collaborative exchange. This skill development is understood as a response to changes in the world of work and life, is essential for the lifelong learning process and professional collaboration in the healthcare professions, and is directly related to the AdG's didactic concept.
