Qualification of International Specialists

The problem of the now serious shortage of skilled workers in the health professions has been getting worse for years. One way to counteract this shortage is to qualify international specialists for the German health system. The Academy of Health recognized this shortage early on and has been supporting international nursing professionals since 2008 in obtaining recognition of the equivalence of their training for the German health system - for the federal states of Berlin and Brandenburg.

Our many years of experience, the feedback from our participants and educational partners as well as the expertise of our employees, whether with international professional experience or the processing of scientific papers with an intercultural focus, are crucial for the development of our preparation courses for the knowledge test or adaptation courses.
