In order to internalize the anatomical relationships and organic changes of the heart, liver, kidneys and respiratory and digestive tracts, the students in the second year of training visited the Charité's Medical History Museum. Together with Ms. Gey, the LOE 17-10 took part in the informative tour of the museum, which was founded by Rudolf Virchow.
The students then independently examined the countless models, the total of 750 wet and dry preparations, and the anatomical illustrations with great interest. The reconstruction of the hospital ward also caught the attention of the second year students.
