The organiser of the competition is Akademie der Gesundheit e.V. All persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate. The competition starts on Saturday, 06.12.2025 and ends on Friday, 26.04.2025.
To participate, you must:
- Post a photo on Instagram or Facebook that shows your very own healthy/mindful Christmas moment.
- Tag the Academy of Health and use the hashtag #GesundDurchDenAdvent
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified in January.
The prizes to be raffled are: 1x Samsung Tablet A11+, 1x 100€ voucher for Tropical Islands, 1x findtime Smart Ring

Legal recourse is excluded. This competition is in no way affiliated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or other platforms.
Privacy Policy
As part of our Christmas competition, we collect personal data (name, e-mail address) exclusively for the purpose of conducting and processing the competition. The processing of this data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures).
The data collected in the context of the competition will not be passed on to third parties and will only be used internally.
The stored data will be completely deleted after the end of the competition, but no later than 31.03.2025 - unless longer storage is required due to legal retention obligations or there is explicit consent (e.g. for the newsletter).
