Outpatient surgery for medical assistants

Do you work as a medical assistant in a private practice, in an outpatient surgical facility and/or in an interventional cardiology or interventional radiology facility and do you have one year of professional experience?

The field of outpatient surgery offers you an attractive and exciting field of work that requires additional skills. The work ranges from perioperative assistance and psychosocial care for patients to the reprocessing of medical devices. In addition, there are numerous tasks related to surgical planning and organization.

Further training for practical instructors
  • Proof of successfully completed vocational training as an MFA, medical assistant: in or comparable qualification in a specialist profession
  • Proof of at least 12 months of experience in outpatient surgery, interventional cardiology or interventional radiology care

A total of 104 teaching units including exam (24 of which are e-learning units).
