Organizational operations manager

The organizational manager, together with the chief emergency physician (LNA), leads the units under his command to deal with major disasters involving multiple injured or sick people (mass casualties, disasters) with the aim of providing the best possible care for all those affected. In some cases, he is in charge of a specialist unit for management support.
