Accompanying seriously ill and dying people and their relatives is one of the most demanding tasks in multi-professional cooperation.

This training takes into account the enormous sensitivity and increasing presence of this topic. The teaching of specialist content is based on the latest scientific findings and is continually adapted to them.

In addition to practical case analyses, the focus of this course is on exchanging ideas with one another, mutual appreciation, opportunities for self-care and reflection on one's own attitudes. Individual participant requests and suggestions regarding specific topics are incorporated into the events.

Target group / requirements

You have completed vocational training in health and (child) nursing or geriatric care and have at least two years of practical experience in the care and support of dying people in palliative care, hospice work or oncology care.
