You want to take on more responsibility in the personnel and organizational development of your institution. As a practical instructor, you share responsibility for the practical support of trainees. You are responsible for organizing and designing the internship. You guide trainees towards an independent perception of professional tasks. The development of basic pedagogical attitudes and support in reflecting on learning situations in the workplace are elements of your work.

They plan and manage the entire practical training process independently and on their own responsibility, accompany the training participants in a goal-oriented manner and regularly evaluate their level of competence. They apply pedagogical concepts in the instruction process, organize the practical learning environment, and use assessments to develop, secure and evaluate competences, taking into account the individual situation of the trainees.
