Vocational training for practical instructors in functional service

Good cooperation between learning locations is the be-all and end-all of training to become an ATA and OTA. It is the basis for good interaction within the interprofessional surgical teams. We will show you how you can inspire and motivate trainees. Relationship building plays an important role here, as does self-motivation and appreciation. Through the refresher days, you will increase your pedagogical skills and develop the ability to motivate others. You will learn methods of resource-oriented and performance-enhancing practical instruction. You will develop your personal and social skills through elements of positive psychology.
