The requirements and level of professionalism in pre-clinical emergency medicine will continue to require emergency service workers to further develop the skills they have already acquired. Well-trained action routines play just as important a role as updating specialist knowledge and are crucial to the success of an operation. The refresher course offers participants in the Poly Trauma Management course the opportunity to refresh or further develop the knowledge and skills they have already acquired in a one-day seminar.

Target group / requirements

The training is aimed at emergency physicians, doctors, emergency paramedics, emergency medical technicians, paramedics and nursing staff who have already completed the Prehospital Poly Trauma Management course.

Introductory lecture "Innovations in the care of polytraumatized patients"
Treatment of 4 polytraumas in real time
Re-briefing, written final test
The training focuses on the application of the preclinical ABCDE concept, personnel management, time management and leadership behavior.
