Refresher Practical Instructor Emergency Paramedic

Good cooperation between learning locations is the be-all and end-all of emergency paramedic training. It is the basis for good interaction within the teams. We will show you how you can inspire and motivate trainees. Relationship building plays an important role here, as does self-motivation and appreciation. Through the refresher days, you will increase your pedagogical skills and develop the ability to motivate others. You will learn methods of resource-oriented and performance-enhancing practical instruction. You will develop your personal and social skills through elements of positive psychology.

Continuing education for practical instructors

The training is aimed at emergency paramedics who have already completed the training to become emergency paramedic practical instructors and who work in cooperating facilities of the Academy of Health.
