Skill and simulation training

Team training promotes cooperation, especially in teams that are formed ad hoc in emergency situations, for example. The training is designed interprofessionally and interdisciplinary together with you. We train with you, for example, the care of a polytrauma or various complications. The simulation training takes place in a protected environment, mistakes are allowed and we can learn from them together. In the debriefing, you reflect on the team performance with specially trained CRM instructors.

The skills and simulation training can be offered in the AdG skills and simulation centers but also, depending on the technical requirements, in the on-site facilities.
